D.I.Grantase Fund

  1. D.I.Grantase Fund is a philanthropy-backed initiative founded with the goal of fostering diversity and inclusion in research and innovation. By harnessing the power of community support, D.I.Grantase Fund empowers all levels of underrepresented researchers with microgrants to fund foundational research. We believe this basic research is the core of all scientific advancement, and, as a preface to breakthrough research, will ultimately create a more equitable landscape academia and research. 
  2. The requirements and qualifications for applicants include belonging to an underrepresented group in research as defined by the NIH, affiliation with an accredited research institution, and conducting research under a recognized principal investigator.
  3. To apply fill out the online application form and provide the requested supplemental material. After submission, the sponsoring principal investigator should send a letter of recommendation to fund@digrantase.com. Complete applications will be reviewed by a blinded panel within 10 to 14 business days and scored based on need, proposal quality, and supporting material.
  4. Selected applicants will be notified via email. The review panel will also provide feedback on low-scoring applications. Awarded funds will be disbursed to a registered bank account associated with your affiliated institution. The payout process typically takes 3 to 5 business days to complete.
